Means of access Drive to Galway city. Follow signs for Clifden. At Recess turn for Letterfrack and Kylemore Abbey. Turn left at end of Inagh Valley. Past Kylemore Abbey and into Letterfrack Village. Turn right and Heatherhill cottage is 200 metres on right. You can drive through Clifden but it is a bit longer.
Hints and Tips Connemara National Park is based in village so climb the track to top of Diamond mountain. Award winning Pangur Ban restaurant in Letterfrack. Also take trip to Inishboffin Island and visit Kylemore Abbey 3 miles away. Killary adventure centre, diving centre and golf links course nearby. Lots of watersports.
