This french bastide is located on a wooded hill at the village exit.
The country and nature lovers will be delighted by the neighbourhood.
The large garden ( 4000 m2) contains olive trees on the front part and pine trees on the back part. The "rough" style of the beautifull local nature is kept with the typical stones walls (restanques) in the hill slope .
The bastide contains six bed-rooms with provencal color and decoration. Four bed rooms have their own bathroom with shower and WC .One of them has also a bath.
The kitchen is completely equipped with modern devices: large gas cook and oven, fridge , dishwasher, microvawe. Everything to cook and eat are available. The living-room contains a big table and a sittin room with tv (only french channel) and dvd player.
All garden furniture is provided to profit from the large terrace for taking meals in very quiet nature and also to profit from the sun. A gas barbecue is also available.
The private swimming pool (4mx8m)is located at the bottom of a typical "restanque", sunny all the day. A terrace in wood allow to profit form the sun

Hints and Tips This picturesque village of Haut Var is built on a little hill around a 10th c. seignorial castle.
The steep and winding streets are planned around the castle.
Visiting La Verdiere will let you discover ancient tall houses (16th and 17th c.), lovely fountains, and at the very top of the village, there is the parish church of the Assumption next to the castle (private property) and its large park.
