The lay-out is modern and very coveniently designed with an area like a long "cupboard" along one wall of the Living Room. This is subdivided into various sections, containing an electric cooker with extractor hood, a plate-rack, sink, and fridge. The others parts of the "cupboard" are used for storing supplies,linen, and clothes.
There are 2 beds, arranged as divans. These can become 4. The extra 2 pull out from underneath each divan. There is also a table, 6 chairs, a cassette player,tv,coat-pegs a shoe-rack; and also a cupboard with another bed in! As well as this Living Room,which can be divided by a fold-away screen,there is a big balcony which acts as an outdoor room. It has a small table with 4 chairs and 2 sofas. The bathroom has a shower, toilet,bidé and basin. On the top floor, there's a Laundry where each flat has its own wash-house. The laundry is next to a great roof-terrace with a beautiful panoramic view. There, you can hang out your washing, and sunbathe!
The building is served by a lift, in action all year round. A caretaker is on site all day in the summer season, though only a few days a week the rest of the year.

Means of access The holiday-apartment is situated in the private residential complex called the "Camargue" at Mazzanta, very near to Vada. It lies between the district of Rosignano Marittimo and Cecina in the province of Livorno, about 30 km south of Livorno.
By car, you can get there on the state road 1 Aurelia. Or there's a Motorway all the way from Genova to Rosignano Marittimo. From the Airport at Pisa (Galileo Galilei), it is 50 km. There are public transport links to Florence, Pisa, Siena,Volterra and the Island of Elba. Anyone coming by train, can find Vada on the Paris-Genova-Rome line.By car(1 Hour about) you can easily reach Livorno,Pisa,Lucca,Firenze,San Gimignano,Massa Marittima and Volterra.
