The nearby Blavet River and Napolean's Nantes/Brest Canal also offers fishing and more walks and cycling along the banks and towpaths. Medieval Vannes can be reached in 45 minutes with the beaches of Quiberon Bay (Carnac & La Trinité sur Mer) another 10 minutes.
