Hints and Tips With a large 15 m2 terrace and another 30 m2 dramatic roof top terrace, our 2-3 bedroom house (internal space ca 75m2) offers unbeatable views in a peaceful location. Surrounded by a good size garden with fruit trees (oranges, lemons and grapefruit), olives and cacti this property makes a wonderful holiday home. Open plan living area with new bathroom (including shower), kitchen and spiral staircase, 2 double bedrooms and below the house the traditional konoba (cellar) has been made into a nice extra single bedroom. Location is only 2 miles above the town of Herceg Novi. The area in front of the house is a protected National Park. Completely renovated 2005/2006. The property has absolute stunning sea, forest and mountain views across Herceg Novi and Boka Bay. It is located a ½hr drive from Dubrovnik airport. The house has been equipped with new modern furniture between January and April 2006. Satellite TV, DVD player, radio, books, magazines, various CDs, numerous DVDs and board games.
