It’s on a quiet street in Garmisch, has a beautiful yard and a breathtaking panorama of the mountains. There are nice walking and hiking trails in the area, for those who want to take it easy, and the others who want a challenge. Within short walking distance is a Bakery, Butcher, grocery store, Café/pastry shop, Beverage store, Drug store and bus stop. Just as close – only a 3 minute walk! - is the Loisach Recreation Park with an adventure playground for the kids, a soccer field, beach volleyball court, sunbathing area and lake for swimming. Means of access Take the Autobahn München-Garmisch (A95). Follow the Autobahn until it ends and go on the Bundestrasse 2 (B2) until you arrive at the tunnel in front of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Move right just after the long tunnel to direction Grainau/Reute. Stay on this road, which later after you stroked the city of Garmisch is named Zugspitzstrasse. Follow the road still in direction Grainau. After the two big fuel stations, soon there will appear the Sixt Autovermietung (Car rental) on the right side of the road. Slip in to the Archstrasse, then the first street on the left hand side into the Brandstrasse and you made it.
