Detached house with the use of a swimming pool, set quietly near the Fano coast (4 km). The house stands on extensive grounds that also harbour a second holiday-home (distance between the houses approx. 150 m). The large swimming pool is shared. Fano is a seaside resort with a pretty historical centre and interesting tourist attractions. Art lovers can visit the Museo Civico and the Pinacoteca Malatestiana. The region is characterised by beautiful beaches and cities, and an unspoiled hilly hinterland that tempts the visitor to undertake long walks. It is recommended to visit the fine historical towns of Urbino, Ancona, and San Leo. Other trips that are worth while are to the small state of San Marino, the spas of Carignano (5 km), the Eremo di Montegiove, the magnificent rocky coast of Portonovo on the peninsula of Conero, and the excellent caves of Frasassi.
