Best points It is located right at the entrance of Eforie Nord on Bd. Republicii nr.17, at only 500 m of the Black Sea Coast. Means of access Eforie Nord is the 2nd biggest resort on the Black Sea coast after Mamaia, as it relates to tourist accomodations. Located 12 kilometers south of Constanta, on the highway to Mangalia, the town is situated between Lake Techirgiol and the sea on a cliff 30 m high
