The house is about 130 m² in a single floor, there is a big kitchen, a wide sitting-room, three double rooms, a comfortable double folding bed under the sofa in the sitting-room and a bathroom with shower.
The house is surrounded by a large garden (it is about 2,000 m²) with a gazebo and garden furniture for your relax. During the dark hours you can lighten the outside space with the little lamps scattered throughout the garden. Because of the quiet and lonely place, you can wear your swimsuits all day long and, even if there is not any swimming-pool, you can freshen up with the shower outside. Out of the house you find a wood-fired oven and a barbeque that you can use for your grills.
The motorway A1 is only 10 km from Il Girasole and the nearest railway station is Monte San Savino.
Because of its site, Il Girasole is the ideal starting-point for the most beautiful places in Tuscany and in the lush Umbria. You can easily reach Arezzo (10 km.), Cortona, Trasimeno Lake, Perugia, Siena, Florence and many other towns full of art and history.
