You'll just have to cross the gate and the road to walk on the white sand of the huge beach of Castellammare gulf ( 13 km ! ).The villa was entirely restored 2 years ago and it has got all modern amenities for all seasons. The apartment is entirely air-conditioned. There are 2 large bedrooms which open on the terrace with sight on the mountain : a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The third bedroom is single. All the three bedrooms have got a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The large living room takes up the whole veranda which offers an amazing view on the beach and the sea. There is the sitting room area with 2 sofa/beds, a satellite television and the dining room area with a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities such as a dishwasher and a microwave oven. The kitchen is made with artistic ceramics and the country style decoration and furniture are very pretty. The two bathrooms have a washing basin, a bidet, a WC and a shower. There is a third shower in the courtyard which is very useful when you come back from the beach. The place is perfect for sea lovers and for fishers ! In fact, surfcasting events are organised on this beach each year. It is also perfect to visit all the west part of the island.
NOTE: The apartment at the ground floor is busy during July and August only. So there will be no neighbours and the garden and all outside amenities will be totally yours during the rest of the year ( from the beginig of September to the end of October )
