Ideal situation, beach near, quiet location. 11 m2 large kitchen with very much comfort, cosy approx. 20 m2 large living room with dining corner, approx. 19 m2 large vitreous winter garden (= dining room), direction the south/Migjorn (even on cooler days very much inviting). One of the 4 bedrooms is located in a small neighbouring house, also the second bathroom with shower. The main house is furnished for all-season living, so the air conditioning system, which is in the living room, can cool or heat. In addition for the cooler months 3 radiators are available. In the summer months all windows and doors are provided with fly lattices. Maintained garden with large palms and trees, 1 terrace direction the north, 1 terrace direction the west, 1 terrace direction the south, outside lights approximately around the house. The garden is completely surrounded with a approx. 1.8 m high wall. At the small house is an outdoor shower with cold water.
The bed occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 persons (incl. Children). The rental fee depends on the number of full paying guests and length of stay. As a full paying persons is defined all adults, youth and children are ages 10 and older. Children under 10 years are excluded from the calculation. Given here is the price based on 3 respectively 6 full paying guests with only one week stay. For a longer stay of at least 2 weeks a discount is granted.
