It shows itself on the wonderful sea of the beautiful bay, which is not distant than a few steps.
From the living-room, the kitchen and the splendid terrace you can admire the charming rise and setting of the sun on the horizon of the sea, with the Etna as background.
The house A.G.A.T.A. is an optimal base for a lot of excursions (short and long once):
Brucoli, typical small fishermen village, is distant just a few minutes by car; here and in the other small villages around you can taste the delicious specialties of Sicily: granite, arancini, the cakes made of almonds and pistachio nuts... and obviously plenty of fish dishes.

Means of access 1) From Catania, take the SS114/E45 for Siracusa and follow it until reaching km 125,6, where you can change to the SP57 Brucoli-Carlentini (just after a bridge). 2) Take the SP57 in direction of Brucoli and drive on until reaching the rectilinear at km-stone 12 (a blue road-sign on the right side). At the end of this rectilinear (approximately at km 12,4), the SP57 turns strongly to the right (with typical road-sign of black-white arrows), and just in that curve, on the left, the crosspiece is found that leads to the "Bay of Arcile" (if you reach a narrow bridge, where you can pass only one car a time, then you went about 300 meters to far). 3) Follow this private road without outlet, admiring the panoramic view (the bay, the sea and on the background Catania with the Etna), until the end – that’s it, you got to the access-gate of the complex of "Baia di Arcile". 4) Now 120 meters on, on your right side, at the N°19 you find our house TERESA - Welcome!!!

P.S.: You can also find the house TERESA with "Google-Earth". Just search for "Cozzo dei Turchi". You will find a hill with this name, and just next (in north-east/ sea direction) you will find a group of houses around a swimming-pool (that on the photo appears green) – that is the pool of the complex of "Baia di Arcile". Our house TERESA is the third one of the row of houses next to the pool; you recognize the wide red tile roof (the second one) and the (white) "L"-shaped terrace.
