Within a short walk from the old city, and if you want to go further, Barceloneta metro station is just around the corner, so you can enjoy all the benefits of a cosmopolitan city and at the same time relax in the warm atmosphere of this traditional ‘barrio’ right next to the sea. The trendy El Born area is a five minute stroll away and the Ramblas is 15 minutes on foot.
The flat, measuring 55 square metres, is on the fourth floor of a recently renovated house (no elevator), with a modernist façade, located on a nice quiet tree-lined street, in an area full of delicious seafood and nice traditional restaurants and tapas bars.
There are 2 rooms. One has is a bedroom/living room, with a double bed TV, stereo etc..., while the other has bunk beds to sleep 2 seperately. The flat has been recently decorated and has tasteful, modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker and fridge. Towels and sheets are provided and there’s also an iron for your clothes. Other facilities include air-conditioning, a washing machine, television,micro wave oven, DVD and a Stereo CD player.
