The villa has a ground floor and two stories, plus a veranda (with rattan furniture) facing the garden. On the ground floor are located the living room (with hearth), the dining room, the kitchen and the first of the three bathrooms.
The first flloor has two sleeping rooms with double beds (with tv, air conditioning and double panneled windows), one of which has a private living room with a balcony overlooking the sea, and a bathroom.
The second floor has two smaller rooms (respectively, with a one-and-half sized bed and two single beds) and a bathroom.
The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs and a barbecue.

Means of access The nearest airport is Catania Fontanarossa, where it is possible to rent a car. To reach the villa by car, taking the highway Catania-Siracusa and exiting at Cassibile, follow the direction Avola-Noto and after some 12 kms, passing the Ospedale Santa Maria, head towards the lungomare for 400ms; a bus service is also available at the airport.
By train, the main station is Siracusa Centrale, from where Avola can be reached either by a local train line or by bus.
Hints and Tips The villa is located 200 ms from the city centre; Siracusa – considered by Cicero the greatest and most beautiful of the Greek cities – is 22 km away; Noto, with its baroque cathedral (protected by Unesco), is 5 km away and a 20 minutes drive allows to reach the beaches of Vendicari Natural Park. Catania and Mt Etna are respectively 50 minutes and 1.30 hours away.
