Means of access Anzère is a small and friendly mountain village, in the Swiss Valais - situated 15km North of Sion, at an altitude of 1500m.
By car: Take route N9 to Sion, then 30 minute drive up to Anzère village.
By public transport: Trains to Sion, from where buses depart hourly to Anzère.
By plane: Under 2 hour transfer from Geneva airport (also flights to Sion airport in season).
Hints and Tips In Winter you can ski 40km of pistes, to an altitude of 2500m. Excellent ski resort for intermediates, beginners and families.
Anzère is a refreshing change from some of the worst over-development in the Alps. It retains its own unique character, and is renowned for friendly locals and vibrant après-ski. It has a good variety of pistes, excellent Swiss ski school, snowboard park, good family facilities, as well as other winter sports.
In Summer, stunning mountain vistas are the backdrop for long balmy days spent walking, cycling, golfing (4 golf courses within 20km), exploring cultural attractions, or just relaxing by the village pool.
