Equipped with very nice furniture, for people who know how to take care of it. It has a big terrace balcony (21 m2) that is bathed by the sun almost all day and has a barbecue. It has commerce and restaurants nearby (coffes, minimarkets, pubs, handcraft, etc…). It’s close to the beautiful beaches of Alvor, Torralta, Três Irmãos and Prainha and about 4 km to Praia da Rocha. Modern kitchen equipped with all utilities needed, from electric grill to toaster, squeezer, mixer, complete set of plates, glasses and tableware. It has a big room with full size bed, big wardrobe, TV and air conditioned. In the living room there’s a big couch that makes also a nice full size bed and in the hallway there’s an individual couch that also turns into a one person bed.

Means of access Take the A22 (also known as Via do Infante, the road that connects Spain to Lagos) following in direction to Lagos. Get out at exit that says ALVOR. Follow the main road in direction to Alvor and in the rotunda (already inside Alvor) take the first exit at the right, go up street about 100 meters and take right to a small street.
Hints and Tips The Alvor village is a typical small fishing village, with excellent restaurants and a nice active night life. With the river and the dunes is one of the richest natural areas of Algarve.
