Set is a rustic garden with lovely contryside views and swimming pool. It is a very tranquil area but only a few minutes drive in to the busy village of Cala en Porter or San Clemente.
The 5x10m swimming pool is set in a pleasant terrace with an oputside brick built BBQ and an outside shower. Steps lead up from the terrace to the house into a spacious, modern, well equiped kitchen. There is the benefit of a dish washer, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. At the far end of the kitchen is a table and chairs for breakfast dining.
The lounge/dinning room is though from the kitchen. There is a door to the outside back garden of the house and doors leading to the pool terrace.
